Sacrament of Marriage

We welcome couples planning marriage. For such an important life decision, a period of preparation is necessary. Our parish has a large number of weddings. We encourage you to call the parish office at least 6 months to 1 year in advance


Ministry to Sick and Elderly :

It is a privilege to bring the Eucharist to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass because of age, sickness or a disability. We are concerned and wish to be informed when someone is hospitalized or confined at home. Please call the parish office.


Hospital and Nursing Home Visitation:

The sick of the Parish Community are visited on a regular basis. We ask that a patients family notify the Parish Office when someone has been admitted to a local hospital or nursing home.


Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

We welcome people seeking information and membership in the Catholic church. The on-going initiation process welcomes all. Please call so that we can give you a personal introduction to this process.

Sacrament of Baptism:

We are happy to welcome a new child into our parish family. We celebrate the sacrament of Baptism on the first Sunday of every month at each worship site. Please call the parish office to make arrangements


Sponsor Requirements for Baptism and Confirmation

The following are the requirements for individuals who undertake the role of Sponsor for Baptism and Confirmation at Immaculate Conception and Holy Redeemer Parish's. Persons seeking a Sponsor Eligibility Certificate from either Immaculate Conception or Holy Redeemer to serve as a sponsor in another community must also fulfill the requirements before a card will be issued.

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Already received the Sacrament of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation in the Catholic Church.
  • Attend Mass regularly on Sundays and Holy Day of Obligation and receives the Sacrament of the Catholic Church on a regular basis
  • If Married, marriage celebrated according to the laws of the Catholic Church.
  • Sponsor is not the mother or father of the one to be baptized.
  • At least 16 years of age
  • A member of a non-Catholic community may serve as Christian Witness for Baptism only together with a Catholic Sponsor who fulfills all the the above requirements
  • For Confirmation, it is desirable that the person who undertook the role of Sponsor at Baptism be Sponsor for the Sacrament of Confirmation. All the above requirements for a Sponsor for Baptism applies to a Sponsor for Confirmation. A mother or father may serve as Sponsor for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
